However, essential conditions are indispensable:

1. Authorities or organizations that really want to support you materially and organizationally
2. People in key positions who are enthusiastic about it
3. Agreements for usage rights and quality control services with the institut für kultur und musik
4. Start-up capital for the first year of the project
5. An initiative project group that, if possible, is already experienced in setting up projects
